The ALISE 2013 Annual Conference will be at the Hyatt Hotel at Olive 8 and the Grand Hyatt Seattle. A large percentage of the programing will take place at the Hyatt Hotel at Olive 8. All of the interviewing rooms will be hosted at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The hotels are less than 1 block away from each other.

You can make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel. Should you require assistance making your reservation, you can contact Hyatt at 1-888-421-1442. Please reference "ALISE Annual Meeting." You will also need to specify your preferred hotel.

You can make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel. The deadline for the hotel to receive your reservation is December 22, 2012. Reservations are proceed on a first-come, first-serve basis until our block of rooms is full. After this date, or once our block of rooms is full, the rates will increase.
Room Reservation Guarantee
A deposit totaling one night's room and tax is required for all reservations. You may secure your reservation by providing credit card information or by mailing a check directly to the hotel (made payable to the hotel). Please note that the deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellations or changes
To cancel or adjust reservations, contact the hotel directly.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is noon.

Self Parking: $30 per night inclusive of tax (in/out privileges included when prepaid at parking booth upon initial exit)

Valet Parking at the Hyatt at Olive 8: $34.00 is the daily flat rate for overnight parking.
