The skill set required to prepare winning proposals is developed over time and with experience. This webinar, presented by a successful grant-writer, will review best practices for writing grant applications, with real-life examples. The webinar will help participants to sharpen their grant-writing skills.

Presenter Bio

   

Dr. Heidi Julien is a Professor in the Department of Information Science at the University at Buffalo, SUNY. Her research interests are interdisciplinary, focusing on digital literacy and information behavior. She is a successful grant writer, and has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (U.S.), among other agencies.
