Reservations

Reservations can be made online. You can make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.

It has recently come to our attention that members have been the victims of a hotel poaching scam. Some conference registrants have received a call saying that the Boston Park Plaza Hotel is not offering the agreed upon conference rate, and that they will remedy the situation. If you have previously confirmed your hotel reservation, your room rate was guaranteed at the time of booking and will be honored by the hotel. If you have not yet booked your hotel room, the ALISE hotel reservation cut-off date has passed, and the hotel will no longer guarantee the conference rate on new bookings, but will offer the best rate available to our guests. 

Room Rates

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.45%. 

Internet Information

Assuming ALISE 2016 meets the minimum requirement of its hotel block, the Boston Park Plaza will offer complimentary in-room Internet for all ALISE guests! Please ask for your WiFi passcode card and access instructions upon check-in.  

Room Reservation Guarantee

A deposit totaling one night's room and tax is required for all reservations. You may secure your reservation by providing credit card information or by mailing a check directly to the hotel (made payable to the hotel). Please note that the deposit will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellations or changes

To cancel or adjust reservations, contact the hotel directly.

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is noon.
