Candidates with doctoral degree will be considered at tenure-track Assistant Professor rank. Candidates without doctoral degree will be considered at nontenure-track Instructor rank. We are searching for applicants who are qualified to teach in the area of School Librarian Certification. While specializing primarily in School Librarianship, applicants should be committed to the concept of the LIS discipline as a whole and be willing, able, and qualified to teach in more than one area of specialty in LIS. The school is interested in growing strategically by adding faculty members who are true collaborators. This new faculty member will support our student learning and will embrace technology and an evidence-based, data-driven approach to instruction, program evaluation, and decision making.
