Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Taskforce

Terms of Reference:

The taskforce shall be formed by the ALISE President to address specific needs of the association. In 2021 the task force was charged with advising ALISE on strategies for increasing our “diversity” footprint. The goals were to increase participation from and provide better support to people of color, under-represented groups across equity, diversity, and inclusion lines, as well as to identify strategies for infusing more diverse thinking and strategies in pedagogy, curriculum, programs, and other ALISE activities. The work of the 2021 was temporarily put on hold allowing for the association to reflect on feedback from stakeholders.
