PaymentPayment is required to complete registration. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or via check (payable to ALISE). Payments must be in US dollars and free of bank charges. Onsite RegistrationThe registration desk will be open onsite at the Knoxville Convention Center per the following schedule:
Preorder Lunch for September 24, 2019On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, attendees are provided an open period for lunch. The Knoxville Convention Center offers attendees the option to preorder a box lunch. The lunch will be available for pickup at the Knoxville Convention Center, specific pickup location to be determined. The deadline has passed to submit your order (September 18, 2019). General InformationCancellationsAll cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the ALISE office at [email protected]. Cancellations received before 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2019, are subject to a $75 fee. After August 15, 2019, ALISE will provide refunds only for documented medical emergencies. Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the conference. Photo & Video PolicyPhotographs and videos of attendees are taken at ALISE programs. By registering for an ALISE program, you are giving ALISE permission to take your photograph or video and use it with or without your knowledge and permission on ALISE promotional material, including but not limited to, our newsletters and conference materials, social media, publications, and our website. Daily RateThose who choose to attend the conference for a single day may register for a specific day. Attendance is limited to the specific day selected during the registration process. Interviews Only RateALISE recognizes some individuals may only be in attendance at ALISE 2019 to conduct interviews. For those that fit into this category, please register online using the daily/interview only rate. This will allow you to be present for your interviews and join other attendees at our coffee breaks and evening reception for your day(s) of attendance. Guest AttendanceRegistrants wishing to bring a guest to the evening receptions may do so. Please register your guest during the online registration process. Should any guest wish to attend an ALISE 2019 event beyond the evening receptions, they must register independently at the applicable rate. Guests Under Age 18All guests must have badges. Complimentary badges are available at the ALISE Registration Desk. ConfirmationsUpon completion of the online registration process you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Please print the confirmation for your records. Dietary RequirementsALISE strives to address all reasonable dietary requirements of our conference attendees. Upon registration for ALISE 2019, please make sure to answer the question about specific allergies so that the registration system can capture your responses and specific information. Special AccommodationsIf you have a legal disability or require special accommodations please indicate your needs during online registration. Please describe your needs in detail.
