Reservations

Reservations may by booked online or via phone. If securing reservations via phone, reference the group code "ALISE" to receive the discounted group rate.

The cutoff date to reserve your hotel at the discounted group rate is September 3, 2019.

Room Rates

The per night rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 17.25%.

One King Bed w/ Sleeper Sofa   $171 per night

 

Parking

Self parking and valet parking are available at the Hilton Knoxville for overnight guests:

  • Self parking $16 per day, overnight guests are eligible for a 20% discount on the self parking rate
  • Valet parking $22 per day

In/out privileges are available.

ALISE '19 attendees local to Knoxville are invited to park at the Locust Street Garage, rates cap out at $7 per day.

Airport

McGhee Tyson Airport, Knoxville

Located approximately 14 miles from downtown Knoxville, the airport is serviced by Allegiant, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier Airlines, and United.

 

Ground Transportation

Directions to the Hilton Knoxville via ground transport are available from the hotel directly.

Letters of Invitation for International Attendees

Attendees from outside of the United States add greatly to ALISE Annual Conferences. If you wish to attend the 2019 Annual Conference, you may need to secure a non-immigrant visa. In support of your visa application, ALISE is able to provide a letter of invitation for the 2019 ALISE Annual Conference. Complete the online form to request a letter of invitation. The letter will be provided via email within 7 to 10 business days, if not sooner.
