Conference Registration

Invest in Yourself and the Profession 

Registration for the 2020 Virtual ALISE Annual Conference is now open!  The conference and associated meetings will be held virtually over several weeks from October 13 – 23.  Attendees will explore the interconnected world of library and information sciences, archives, knowledge management, information management, media studies, informatics, data science, computer science, and communications.

ALISE Academy

Separate registration is required for the ALISE Academy on October 23, 2020. Learn about the ALISE Academy and register to attend. 

Payment

Payment is required to complete registration. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or via check (payable to ALISE). Payments must be in US dollars and free of bank charges. 

General Information

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the ALISE office at [email protected]. Cancellations received before 11:59 p.m. ET on September 15, 2020, are subject to a $75 fee. After September 15, 2020, ALISE will provide refunds only for documented medical emergencies. Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the conference.

Photo & Video Policy

Photographs and videos of attendees may be taken during ALISE virtual programs. By registering for an ALISE program, you are giving ALISE permission to take your photograph or video and use it with or without your knowledge and permission on ALISE promotional material, including but not limited to, our newsletters and conference materials, social media, publications, and our website.

Confirmations

Upon completion of the online registration process you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Please print the confirmation for your records.
